SUMMARY

Hotel Oblivion features teenagers who are killed “before their time” and explores whether there is any redress. The book follows the lives and deaths of Kendra, a high school volleyball player, (car accident); Devon, a computer nerd and vandal, (car accident); Jackie, a high school-aged city girl who becomes a prostitute to earn a living, (beating); Eric, high school boy addicted to coke, (overdose); and two or three more youth who are killed and wake up in a “Wait Room” to meet and puzzle out their destiny. Will any of them get a second chance?
